Returning Items You Ordered

You may return any items you have bought through, except those which are explicitly mentioned in our terms and conditions.

Your options for returning an item can vary depending on the seller, the item or the reason for the return.

If you choose to return an item you've ordered through, please go to your account, view your order and select return items.

To return an item you ordered:

  1. Login to your account or follow this link.
  2. View your order and select Return items from the list.
  3. Select the items you want to return and select the return options. Don’t forget to give a reason for the return before clicking on Return items. If the Return items option does not appear then your order has exceeded the maximum length of time you had to return the items, in line with our terms and conditions.

Sellers may need to review your return request. Once they have done this they'll accept or decline the request and then provide instructions on how to return your items. If you don't receive a response within two business days, then please contact Shopping Nerd through our Contact us form.

Always make sure you send your items back by recorded delivery so both parties have proof the items have been delivered and in the same condition you sent them in.

After the seller has accepted the returned items, Shopping Nerd will refund your payment card or PayPal account within 5 working days.
